  Many years ago Claire would go to the T.A.P.S. event that was usually held in May.  She would get a table to use to hand out water bottle holders and whatever other small things we would make.  She would also teach anyone who wanted to learn to crochet how to.  Her favorite story was how she was given a ton of the water bottle holders and didn't know what to do with them.  One little girl got one and exclaimed that it was the "best day ever!"

  When we lost Claire we also lost the information on who to contact within the T.A.P.S. organization.  We have talked about making things for them, but none of us want to sit there to offer crochet lessons.  Since I had been saving some specific Worry Worms and yarn for things for them, I decided to reach out.  It took some back and forth with whoever runs their Instagram, but I got contacted by someone.  Our new contact even remembers Claire.  They have moved locations so there isn't a whole table for us, but they are going to take our donations to hand out.
