Another Hat Pattern?

Yes, I'm working on another hat pattern.  As you can probably tell, I really like knitting hats.  They are small, quick, and you don't have to worry about getting Second Sock Syndrome (or Second Mitt Syndrome).  This one will be interesting because instead of having different stitch and row counts for the different sizes, I'm going to have them be different yarn weights and different needle sizes.

You are probably confused by the previous statement because you've seen me work on hat patterns and know I'm going to make at least eight hats before I'm done.  I don't know what it is, possibly because I'm trying different things, but I don't have any problems making a bunch of the same hat while I'm designing the pattern.  Sometimes I keep making them once I'm done with the design part too.  Maybe it's because it's something I've created?  I can't really tell you what makes them so different than other hats when it comes to my attention span.

Bill and I also "magically" have more money each month.  We got our storage unit to hold the stuff from the basement while it got remodeled and now that's pretty much done.  There are a few more things we need to contact them about, but it doesn't involve them doing any more construction work.  We did a good job of getting stuff out and either finding a place for it or deciding to get rid of it.  It then didn't make sense to keep the storage unit, especially since they kept raising the rent.  We did get to keep the little lock part that inserts into the door itself, so I guess we will save a bit of money if we ever get a storage unit again.
